INSPIRATION is what we do. CELEBRATION is how we do it.
Northlands added a new program called “Peer Review" for the 2020 Conference. However, that Conference was cancelled. The format was to be a facilitator, chosen by Northlands, and 2-3 tellers, chosen in a random drawing to meet and provide feedback to the tellers. Northlands is including the Peer Review sessions in the 2021 Conference, although in a different manner. The coaches are: Janice Del Negro, Loren Niemi, Laura Packer and Megan Wells.
The individuals that applied in 2020 were kept for 2021 and assigned a facilitator. Their names are shown below. Because this year's conference is online, the tellers and facilitators will arrange the times for their Peer Review sessions on their own. When Northlands is able to gather in person again, it is the hope that the Peer Review program will be included as originally planned.
